They have the closest I have found to what you find in So Cal taco shops. Great Carne Asada Fries and the rolled tacos are legit! The Cali burrito could use a little more bulk but still tasted great!

I ordered the super nachos. Oh my goodness. So good! I'm full and have some left. The box was so full it wouldn't stay closed! The chips were warm, there was beans, sour cream, pico, guac, shredded cheese and carne asada.
You can pick what meat you want. I look forward to trying with different toppings. And sharing next time. The lady was very nice at the window. Overall a good experience.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they charge extra for jalapeños and carrots and they didn't give me any napkins which I def needed. -

Food is good, and authentic. But the inside of the store was pretty dirty and gross. Not a great place to eat in. Hit the drive through and take your food elsewhere.

My husband and I are from Southern California and besides IN N OUT the one thing we miss is good mexican food. Someone from work brought in breakfast burritos from here and they were very good. Since then ive been dying to try there lunch/dinner. We recently tried their Carne Asada fries and they were absolutely amazing. We cant wait to try more from the menu.
Only complaint is the lady couldnt hear us well through the speaker and missed something from our order. So maybe that needs to be updated. But since the fries were huge it turned out to be enough food for us. -

I've been here enough times now that they deserve an upgrade to five stars. I was super hungry and ordered three tacos today. First time I've ordered their tacos. Shredded beef, Carne Asada, and Carnitas. They were all perfect. They grill the meat before they put it into your taco so you don't feel like you're getting something that's been sitting in a bin filled with grease for hours, and, as an added plus, this place is open on holidays, like today which is Labor Day.
I've compared this place to Daniels and Taco Express before, and it definitely holds true. The portions are larger than Daniels but smaller than Taco Express, but they really do it right at Monica's. Yum yum.
